other digital properties and services, hereinafter referred to collectively as the

indicate your acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions. All

ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) to any of its companies,

subsidiaries and affiliates for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate

by Bright Connect, LLC.

transmission of such personal or proprietary user information as necessary for

processing in accordance with Bright Connect, LLC's standard business practices.

provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. Bright Connect, LLC is

beginning and the end of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Sites

after that date constitutes your agreement to the revised modified Terms of

Bright Connect, LLC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in

equity for violations of these Terms of Service, including the right to block access

from a particular Internet address or user to a Site.

Bright Connect, LLC reserves the right to store information on a users computer in
